Itinerary

Day 1Tarangire National Park

Following breakfast, you will meet with our representative for a safari briefing before traveling
for two hours to Tarangire National Park. Views of the grassy plains dotted with ancient baobab
trees, traditional Maasai homes, and livestock being herded by the nomadic people can be
enjoyed along the journey. You will view all of the famed historic baobab trees, tree climbing
pythons, and the greatest number of African elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs that
Tarangire National Park is famous for. You will resume your afternoon game drive after a
midday picnic lunch, and then you will travel to the hotel/lodge/camp for dinner and an
overnight stay.

Day 2Drive to Lake Manyara National Park.

You will enter Lake Manyara National Park after a two-hour ride. With some of the best game
watching in the world, the park is certainly a photographer’s paradise. Many of Africa’s most
well-known creatures are likely to be there, with the lions’ propensity for climbing trees being
especially exciting. These arrogant predators sit in acacia trees, practically pleading for a photo.
With such a wide variety of species on exhibit in the park, Lake Manyara is a true delight for
birdwatchers. Large flamingo flocks, circling raptors, and the vividly colored lilac breasted roller
are all sure to astound even the most inexperienced birder dinner and overnight at karatu

Day 3karatu - Serengeti National Park

You will go to Serengeti National Park after breakfast. You will be able to see the Ngorongoro
Crater along the route because our drive will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Due of the sometimes-high concentration of game on the southern plains, this drive will likely
take six hours, depending on the wildlife along the way. Depending on the time, you might get a
chance to stop in the Ndutu region. After stopping for a picnic lunch along the road, you’ll
continue on to your camp or lodge with a game drive along the way, arriving there in the
evening.

Day 4Wildebeest Migration in Serengeti National Park (North) Watching

Get up early so you can leave your lodge for a full day of game viewing. Explore the northern
half of the Great Wildebeest Migration as it moves toward the Mara River by travelling with the
herds over the plains. It is impressive to witness the annual migration of all those hoofed
creatures in a clockwise direction, pursued by predators. The Serengeti is the best place to go if
you want to see all five of the Big Five animals—the lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, and buffalo
in one park. You will return to your camp or lodge for dinner and an overnight
